Join the Salish Sea Alliance (formerly Northwest Straits Foundation) for a Whatcom Water Week work party at Clayton Beach!
We will begin the day with a short site visit and discussions of the Clayton Beach restoration project's past, present, and future - and continue with cutting back invasives on the backshore to prepare for a late fall planting event.
The event will happen regardless of weather - come prepared!
We have gloves and tools for those who don't have their own - as well as light snacks.
We will meet at the Lost Lake parking lot at 9:00am, across the street from the trail down to Clayton Beach - we will then walk down to the beach together and begin working!
